Welcome! I’m Laura. In the therapeutic process, I’ll hold space for your pain, help make room for your joy, and act as your guide in bravely exploring your inner world. And since this therapy thing can be hard, we'll make sure to have some laughs along the way and be gentle in our process.

As a therapist (and as a person who is in therapy), I understand the importance of finding a good fit for this type of work, so I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation to make sure we’d make a good team before we start treatment.
